Shipping delays

Our freight forwarder — the company that receives finished orders from our factories and ships them out to customers — stopped working properly over the summer and has since gone largely unresponsive. Orders placed between 22 June and 30 July 2026 are sitting at their warehouse and have not shipped yet. Other orders may also experience smaller delays because of the overall problems this has caused to our production and shipping network.

We’ve found a replacement forwarder and are moving everything across now. Four boxes have already gone over, and new production is being sent straight to them.

The order tracker on this site is also showing out-of-date information for these orders. It pulled its data directly from the old forwarder’s system, and when they cut off our access it froze instead of updating. We know it is wrong. It will start working again once the new forwarder is properly connected.

If your order falls in that window, we will be emailing you directly over the next few days with an update on where it is. We expect these orders to ship within the next 2–3 weeks. If you would rather not wait that long, just reply when we get in touch and we will sort it out with you.

Normal production and delivery time is around 6 weeks at the moment, while we get things fixed.
