  • Hand Wash is always the recommended method for washing. Wash in cold water with detergent that doesn’t include bleach. A washing machine may be used with delicate settings and placed in a wash bag for protection. Hang up and let air dry. Never use a dryer as this may damage the daki.

  • Made-to-order covers: Standard arrival is estimated at 4–5 weeks from ordering, including 2–4 weeks for production and dispatch. Express (about 3 weeks) and Rush (about 2 weeks) are available only for eligible Plush-only orders. German warehouse stock has an estimated delivery time of 1–2 weeks to EU addresses.   • Yes, we work closely with the artists behind our artwork. They were fairly compensated for each commission and the purchasing of the rights to use the art commercially. All artists are aware and have approved in writing of us selling pillow covers with their designs.

  • Standard shipping for made-to-order covers is free to supported destinations. German warehouse stock ships free to EU addresses. Discounted EU liquidation items have a separate DHL shipping charge. Checkout shows the applicable charge in your currency.

  • Russia, North Korea, and Belarus, We have successfully shipped to Ukraine and offer to ship there but we can not guarantee it.
