Right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the 14-day period expires. The easiest way is the form below — you can also email us at info@furrybodypillows.com.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. Where goods have already been dispatched, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Please note: items that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example, a custom design printed just for you) are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. We review every request individually and will let you know whether the statutory right applies to your order. This right applies to deliveries to consumers in the European Union.
